In order to qualify for the free access the firms have to submit a minimum number of cases per quarter through SimplyBiz Mortgages, the group's mortgage club.
Other key changes to the proposition include:
- Free Mortgage Brain software
- Free key back office system.
- Access to the extended SimplyBiz protection panel.
Commenting on the offer, Martin Reynolds, chief executive of the mortgage division of SimplyBiz, said: “The free access to Mortgage Brain is the first of a number of new initiatives aimed at making the SimplyBiz mortgage proposition stronger, whilst offering our current and future members benefits which will help them not only write more business, but also save money. The next few months will see more new initiatives on this theme.
