“I’m sure he will play an integral role here at Skipton, as we continue to grow the business and our offering to the local and international markets.”
Ndawula reacted to his appointment: “Being part of a values-led organisation that has its customers and colleagues at the heart of everything it does is important to me and keeps me highly motivated.
“I enjoy leading teams that embrace change and continuously improve the financial strength of Skipton for the long-term benefit of our customers.
“My ambition for the business is for it to continue to grow sustainably, so we can continue to help more people achieve their financial goals.”
