Having started her career in mortgages with the Halifax and then as a team leader for Purely Mortgages she spent seven years with financial services firm Affinion International where she led a team delivering customer service to clients seeking protection products in compliance with all relevant FCA and TCF guidelines.
Debbie will be in day-to-day charge of the SMS team while introducing new processes to complement the major IT upgrades taking place in January.
