Paul Gibbs joined SMS at the end of 2003 as Operations Trainer and has recently been promoted to Training Manager. Based at the company’s headquarters in Fareham, Hampshire, Paul is responsible for providing training to all employees on CAPS, SMS’s new processing system, and designing and implementing courses.
Paul comments: “In my new role at SMS I hope to introduce a nationwide standard of skills, conduct and product knowledge throughout the company that is second to none in the market place. SMS have strong values, and don’t lose sight of the individual - they believe if you get it right with the individual the right business result will be achieved.”
Paul has almost 20 years experience in the finance industry, primarily in the finance house sector where he most recently worked for Citibank.
