Mike will be responsible for all the computer systems and hardware within head office and at the four regional offices in the UK and Northern Ireland.
SMS, which completes over £100 million of mortgages every month, has invested heavily in on line facilities. A new extranet, The Porthole, allows intermediaries access to real time case management from AIP, KFI, application and case tracking through to completion. As IT Manager, Mike Tinney’s job is to ensure that SMS has the hardware and systems to support the sales and administration and communications functions within the business.
