The office in Bolton will be home to a team of four, including two business development managers. There are already plans to recruit more staff, including a BDM later in the year.

Local intermediaries appreciate this and it is an important element of the service we offer.”
The North West office adds to Solent Mortgage Services national network of regional centres, which also includes the head office in Lee on Solent, Hampshire, and bases in the South West, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Ian Balfour, Sales and Marketing director, Solent Mortgage Services, says: “We believe that in order to offer good service to our brokers we need to offer them regional support through experienced and knowledgeable personnel.”
