Using the app, which is available on Android today and in the Apple Store by February, brokers can provide quotes, monitor cases and receive progress updates.
Kevin Tunnicliffe, managing director, said: “This is a game changing advance for brokers. Not only are they now able to get instant and penny accurate quotes at any time, but they now also have real time updates on progress and access to new, existing and archived cases in their pockets.
“For busy brokers looking after multiple clients at different stages in the process, this acts as an instant reminder facility so they can follow up clients immediately.
“It will help to cut down wasted time and speed up the whole system. We have been testing the app and our trial users have been very impressed.”
Using the app advisers will be able to obtain conveyancing quotes, email them as PDFs and access case summaries on active and closed cases.
Case tracking milestones are transferred to the app, such as case acceptance, the client care pack being sent, when it was received, completion and any notes uploaded by the conveyancing supplier.
