Highlights of the range include two- and three-year fixed rates from 5.50 per cent and self-certification up to 90 per cent loan-to-value (LTV). This range also now offers an income multiple of 4 x and affordability calculations for full status cases.
As part of the em-homeloans panel, Spectrum's non-conforming products also have free valuations and no application fee. Clients will also have access to free legals in England and Wales on medium to unlimited non-conforming remortgages.
