Alison Beech, who was previously business relationship director for the Spicerhaart group, has been appointed managing director of Spicerhaart’s surveying division – Valunation
George will lead new business development activity across Spicerhaart, with a particular focus on building long-term relationships with financial institutions and other product providers who support the services offered by the group such as asset management, conveyancing, mortgages, surveys and valuations.
He will also work very closely with the senior management team at the Legal & General Network following the recent announcement of the new partnership between the Spicerhaart Group and Legal & General. This saw Spicerhaart become an Appointed Representative of Legal & General Network for its entire 200 plus strong high street estate agency branch network, which trades as Darlows, haart, Haybrook, Felicity J Lord, Fine and Spicer McColl.
