Speaking at the event, which is combined with the company's annual conference, Spicerhaart financial services director David Miles highlighted the staff's diligence during 2009. He stressed how quickly they responded to their customers' needs as the housing marking picked up.
He added: "Last year was very successful but we never rest on our laurels. Financial services is now doubling in size with a number of new advisers coming on board."
Five prizes were handed out to the top performing staff members from across the haart, Spicer McColl, Felicity J Lord, Haybrook and Darlows brands.
Top mortgage consultant was Matt Tilbury, who represents the Suffolk and Cambridgeshire areas for haart. He said: "I'm really pleased to have won this award and I'd like to thank my team for all their support."
