Melanie Leask has been promoted from executive manager mortgage servicing to director of mortgage servicing, and Anthony Keeble has been promoted from chief accountant to finance director.
Angela Davies (formerly SPML’s director of operations) has moved to a new position within SPML’s parent company, Lehman Brothers where she will continue to contribute to SPML’s strategic direction and support. Andrew Townsend, SPML’s finance director, is to leave the company at the end of September to pursue other interests.
Bill Cherry, SPML’s managing director, said: “We are delighted to announce the internal promotions of Melanie Leask and Anthony Keeble to the board of directors, and look forward to their further contributions as we move forward. Angela Davies is one of the founders of SPML and we would never have grown the way we have without her hard work and good judgement. I can happily say that we will continue to work together to move the SPML business forward. Andrew Townsend led our Finance Department over a period of substantial growth and has been a key strategic director of SPML over the last four years. I would like to thank him for his contribution and wish him every success in the future.”
