Wade, who has 13 years experience in the industry, joins as a BDM and was previously regional account manager with Swift Group and in the sales liaison department at GE Money.
He will work across the whole of the UK, visiting new and existing brokers to train them on the products and assist them with their packaging.
Binns, who has 12 years experience in financial services, joins the underwriting team.
