The new rates on offer include the following:
3 year fixed residential rates from 5.95% up to 50% LTV (7.2% APR) fixed until 24/10/2011;
5 year fixed residential rates from 6.09% up to 75% LTV (7.0% APR) fixed until 24/10/2013;
10 year fixed residential rates from 6.25% up to 75% LTV (6.9% APR) fixed until 24/10/2018;
Term Tracker rates from 6.50% up to 75% LTV (6.8% APR).
These rates are available from Friday 5 September for a limited period only and subject to availability.
