The independent survey commissioned by BM Solutions, which questioned over 500 brokers has found that BM Solutions still out performs the rest of the market with its service proposition. When asked how BM Solutions' service compares with the rest of the market 80% (8 in 10) of brokers felt that the BM Solutions' service is better than its competitors, with 20% of those brokers stating the BM service as significantly better.
BM Solutions has always put technology and service at the centre of its broker proposition and has seen major success in the market as a result of providing brokers with what they want.
Alan Cleary, head of sales at BM Solutions said "What brokers think about BM Solutions is extremely important to us. We may be market leader in the specialist market but it does not mean we are arrogant or complacent about staying in that position. We are fully aware that to keep leading the market we must continuously develop and augment our offerings.
"For this reason we carry out regular independent surveys that allow us to get a true picture of how we are doing and what brokers think of us. It is always really pleasing to see results such as 80% of brokers rating us better than the rest, and I believe it reflects the fact that we listen to brokers and respond to their needs."
