Surrenda-link has appointed Ernie Hayes to its board of Directors. Ernie has been with the company nearly three years, during which time he has been integral to the development of its TEP, Property and US Traded Life Interest businesses.
In addition, Ioan Roberts has recently joined the company as Investment Analyst. Ioan will liaise with property advisors Keningtons to take responsibility for the property side of Surrenda Link Investment Fund (SLIF), the £28 million property and TEP fund. Ioan will research new fund
potential and analyse performance of the various trusts advised by Surrenda-link.
David Owen is the latest addition to the Investment team and has come on board as Investment Analyst. Responsible for the Traded Life Interest Market, Owen will liaise with US policy providers and manage portfolios for the US Traded Life Interest Fund. Going forward, Owen will also draw on his experience in Fixed Income Securities.

Hayes' previous industry experience takes in 27 years of investment management including 12 years in the City of London and 15 years in senior roles in the North West.
Roberts began his investment career with Tilneys in Liverpool, before moving to Rathbones where he joined the investment management team. As well as the Securities Registered Representative exam, Ioan has completed the Securities Institute Diploma (MSI) which is the UK's leading post graduate finance qualification in securities and investment.
Owen has over 5 years experience predominately managing Fixed Income Investments for high-net worth clients. David completed the Investment Management Certificate (IMC), the benchmark qualification in the UK investment arena. In 2003, he was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter, the premier designation of investment and professional excellence within the global investment community.
