Her expertise is expected to play a crucial role in shaping the mutual's strategic direction
Swansea Building Society has appointed Lynn Pamment (pictured) as a non-executive director (NED).
Pamment, a first-class honours graduate from University College Cardiff and an ICAEW prize-winning Chartered Accountant, brings decades of experience to her role. Her career, spanning over 30 years, includes a recent seven-year term as the comptroller and auditor general of the States of Jersey. Prior to this, she served as the Cardiff Office Senior Partner for PwC, overseeing audit and advisory assignments.
Based in Cardiff, Pamment also serves as the chair of the Welsh Sports Association. Recently recognized in the King’s 2024 New Year Honours List, Pamment received a CBE for her service as chair of the Financial Reporting Advisory Board to the UK HM Treasury.

Commenting on her appointment, Pamment said she was honoured to be appointed as a non-executive director for the mutual.
