Swift is expanding its head office in Brentwood to meet the requirements of new customers and support an increase in business volumes.
In October Swift announced that it had doubled its mortgage volumes from April to September compared to the same time last year, and now it is increasing its head office space to accommodate the new staff it has taken on to maintain its service standards.
Swift now employs 120 people compared to just 71 a year ago. It has increased staff by over 25 per cent in the last six months alone and as business volumes continue to increase, the recruitment of new staff continues.
Swift has focused particularly on recruiting for its new business processing and Sales teams in order to continue to cater for the demand shown by mortgage intermediaries for its range of specialist mortgages and secured loans.
