You decide – any rate you charge over 1.25 per cent is paid as commission.

Great options with no interest loading

• Roll Up payments which can be added to the capital for a pre-determined period -ideal for when the client has a sum of money, a re-mortgage or perhaps a property sale due within the next 12 months.

• Deferred Payments for a pre-agreed period before the payments start - just the facililty for new start businesses and expansion.

• Payment Deduction where payments can be deducted from the advance and credited to the account. This is available on commercial and semi-commercial first and second charges and residential second charges.

Average commission around 1.5 per cent.
