New faces boost two divisions
Digital bank Tandem has appointed Maria Khan (pictured right) as director of product and digital, and Chris Parker (pictured left) as head of marketing.
Khan, whose career in financial services include roles at J.P. Morgan and the Royal Bank of Scotland, is tasked with leading the development of the bank’s digital offerings, collaborating with the team to enhance green digital banking solutions and overseeing design and marketing departments.
Parker, meanwhile, is expected to bring his marketing experience to his new position at Tandem. Previously, he served as head of retail marketing at Santander, where his accomplishments included winning two Effie Awards, notably for the ‘Bank of Ant and Dec’ campaign in 2023.
Both Khan and Parker are based in Tandem’s London office.

Commenting on her appointment, Khan said she was glad to be joining the bank at such a critical time.
