These arrivals follow the recent senior appointments of Iestyn Evans as chief financial officer and Richard Gregory appointed as chief data officer.
Target Group has made number of new appointments to its board of directors and leadership team.
Andrew Doman and Vivek Agarwal have joined as non-executive directors, with Doman currently chairman at Castle Trust and a non-executive director at One Savings Bank and Agarwal being the global head for enterprise verticals solutions and portfolio companies at Tech Mahindra.
Richard Glanville, Steve Wright and Martyn Cladingbowl have also joined Target Group respectively as transformation director, business change director and head of collections and recoveries.
