The dedicated system is a unique entrant into the mortgage market as it enables intermediaries to source a range of more than 600 buy-to-let mortgage schemes – a portion of which are not currently available in the general marketplace.
The system incorporates a rental calculator and flexible criteria with results presented in a sortable table with comparisons according to interest rate, initial pay rate or completion fees.
Andy Young, chief executive officer at TBMC, said: “TBMC’s new Buy to Let Sourcing and Quotation System is to be an essential tool for intermediaries operating in the buy-to-let market. The new SAQS includes a unique rental calculator which enables brokers to source products that fit the expected rental income – it not only displays the schemes that fit, but also shows what changes to the rental income or initial deposit would be required to fit other schemes.
“I’m really excited about the release of TBMC’s new Buy to Let Sourcing and Quotation System and I am sure it will benefit intermediaries operating in the buy-to-let market.”
