The web-based CHECKIT system adopts a TCF approach at all times with enhanced Fact Finding and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
It will also allow advisers to clarify a client’s identity, high level risk profile and property value right at the beginning of the process to enhance the accuracy of subsequent lender and scheme recommendations.
This will work to reduce lender rejection rates and associated fee loss, as well as speeding up application and underwriting processes.
It can be used on a standalone basis or integrated into existing point of sale and back office systems.
Furthermore, the system's tools & calculators will allow the adviser to review and analyse the data delivered.
