Tenet has linked up with Swansea Building Society.
Tenet's members within Wales can now access Swansea's mortgage products, which include ranges aimed at the self-employed, over-55s, high income borrowers and buy-to-let investors.
Simon Broadley, managing director of TenetLime, said:“We’re a strong supporter of building societies and recognise the value of Swansea’s personalised approach to assessing each case on its own merits, plus offering a range of products to assist customers who may not fit within mainstream lending, such as the self-employed and retired home owners.”
Alun Williams, chief executive of the Swansea Building Society, said:“The society is delighted to link up with the Tenet Group and we are confident that our common sense approach to mortgage lending will be a refreshing change in a market where too often the computer says ‘no’.”
