Tenet aims to give advisers the opportunity to meet the office-based staff who support their business and receive a short presentation from all key departments about how they operate and contribute to the overall Tenet experience.
Keith Richards, distribution and development director at Tenet Group, said: “Communication, understanding and transparency are all key to good client relationships and we hope that our open days will build on all of these.
“Advisers are of course welcome to visit Tenet at any time but by offering a formal open day we can build a lot more value for advisers into time away from their own office.”
