Pritchard help set up the firm in October last year with ex-edeus colleague, Jim Robinson, and Salvus Property Advisors managing director Philip Ransley.
But he said the long hours commuting had taken their toll and he had decided to pursue other opportunities, including potentially accepting a job nearer to home with a commercial brokerage.
He said: “I’ve had a couple of job offers that I’ve been thinking about nearer to home and to be honest I have got fed up travelling to and from London every day.”
Pritchard was formerly a director at Charterhouse Retirement Solutions and Key Retirement Solutions.
Ransley and Robinson were unavailable for comment.
