This partnership is the latest development in First National’s growing programme of branded lending associations and follows the arrangement announced with The Mortgage Times earlier this month.
This announcement demonstrates the commitment First National and TFCH have to working together to provide first-class value and service to the broker market. This relationship marks the beginning of a strong partnership between the two companies. As part of the branded lending arrangement, a First National underwriter has been deployed onsite at TFCH, to enable TFCH to provide even greater speed and efficiency of service.
Through this branded relationship First National can offer products tailored specifically to meet the requirements of TFCH and its customer base. The range of semi-exclusive products supplies TFCH with an innovative and high-quality portfolio, enabling it to provide greater customer choice and increase revenue.
Simon Wade, head of group marketing, at TFCH said, “This new arrangement with First National builds on our existing strengths, proven effectiveness and consistently high service standards. We believe that our strengthened relationship with First National will enable TFC Homeloans to create wider product ranges including exclusive products. We will continue to develop our reputation further by offering mortgage products that we believe are amongst the most competitive in our sector.”
James Connor, head of channel development, GE Home Lending, said; “The relationship with TFC Homeloans is another step forward for First National, as part of our ongoing commitment to develop branded lending agreements. We are pleased to launch this partnership and believe it is a beneficial move for both companies. Branded lending is a core part of our distribution strategy and we aim to continue building relationships with packagers, as we have TFCH, in order to develop our position in the marketplace.”
