The Surrey-based business launched its mortgage club nine months ago but it has already proved a success with managing director Ying Tan nominated for the 'Business Leader of the Year – Mortgage Club' award at the British Mortgage Awards 2013.
Over 500 brokers have signed up to the club and The Buy to Let Business said completions are increasing month on month.
The mortgage club's panel of lenders is almost complete with the majority of key Buy-to-Let lenders on board.
Tan said: “We have had some great feedback from our members about our specialist broker help desk and business is going from strength to strength.
“Despite some key lenders reducing procuration fees, we still offer some of the best net procuration fees to our club members and will continue to do so.
“Lenders also appreciate our exhaustive compliance process for member approval.
“Cat is a great addition to the team as she's experienced and knowledgeable in the buy-to-let sector and importantly understands the ethos of our business. We're excited to grow the business with her.”
