The network said it has received excellent feedback from AR network members. On 'Mortgage Day', the Complete Network was the 12th largest UK network and CMLS aims to both consolidate this position and grow its size steadily in the future.
CMLS director Damian Cain said: “As a medium-sized network we are proving that quality of network services is the key to success. Whereas networks with very high target AR numbers may be struggling, the Complete Network has concentrated on getting robust technology and support systems in place, and this is paying off in terms of AR satisfaction.”
Bill Warren, head of the Complete Network and compliance director at CMLS. explaied: “The Complete Network uses Home Buyer Systems software (supplied by Defaqto) to provide an IT solution for product sourcing. Integrated into this system are also compliance monitoring of the sales process and ongoing revision of mortgage related topics to keep AR members up to date with training and compliance issues. Members are therefore not affected by any teething troubles that the larger sourcing systems may be experiencing, and have enjoyed a trouble-free entry into the fully regulated mortgage market.”
