In line with The Exchange’s stated strategy of working closely with intermediaries and providers to ensure continual product improvement and the delivery of new services, the enhancements to the new business service have been made following direct liaison with the portal’s users.
The key changes are as follows:
-New and improved search functionality that simplifies and speeds up identifying and selecting quotes and applications
- A new administrator search facility has also been introduced, enabling administration staff to search for an intermediary’s quotes and applications
- Enhanced information on application status.
