The Homebuyer show returns in March

Last year’s event attracted approximately 22,000 visitors, and this year’s show aims to break those records.

Subjects include buy-to-let, price trends, purchasing abroad, getting on the property ladder and design tips for making your home more saleable.

The show offers information on buying, selling or letting property from a multitude of house builders, interior designers, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, solicitors, surveyors, buy-to-let specialists and other specialist experts.

The Homebuyer Show covers all aspects of the property market, from interior design to the issues affecting today's house prices. The organisers have gathered more than 200 exhibitors with new stands and new products and services throughout the three-day event.

The event has a 90-strong seminar programme featuring prominent industry experts from estate agents, to mortgage providers, investment specialists and property developers.

Speakers include editor of What Mortgage, Hilary Osborne, investor and author, Neil Lewis, speaking on the buy-to-let market and Carl Bailey of Taxcafe.co.uk, speaking on property tax and how to avoid it.

The daily presentations cost £10, but are free with a show guide if visitors register online for tickets at www.homebuyer.co.uk.

The seminars are offered with follow-up information and advice available. Book early to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited.

Commenting on the Homebuyer Show, Nick Clark, managing director of Homebuyer Events, said: “Many more people are buying property and it is important they fully understand exactly what is involved, the costs they can expect to incur, and how to go about managing the whole process. Even for the experienced homebuyers, it is vital to keep abreast of developments in the market and how it is evolving, as well as understanding the current issues that affect them. The Homebuyer Show promises to arm buyers with all the information they need.”
