The Lender Intermediary Benchmark Study, established by Frank Eve Consulting, and now in its eight year, has assessed intermediary websites and the way they process applications.
The Mortgage Works' website has received an accolade for providing the highest level of best practice and delivering a five star service for intermediaries.
