The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has announced the appointment of Abigail Carr (pictured), bolstering its customer services team.
Carr will assume the role of new head of customer service, overseeing all activities related to effective customer service delivery for the network’s AR firms and advisers. She will also serve as the primary contact for customer service issues, coordinating with other department heads, gathering adviser satisfaction data, developing team plans and targets, maintaining relationships with advisers, and organising training for the customer service team.
The Customer Services Team provides support and guidance to all member firms and advisers regarding the full range of opportunities available through The Right Mortgage. Alongside Carr, the team includes Sharon Jeynes and Leah Thomas.
