The network's advisers and their clients gain access to the lender's range of products
The Tipton and Coseley Building Society has announced an enhanced partnership with Connect for Intermediaries, with the mutual joining Connect’s panel of approved lenders, available through both its broker network and packager team.
As a result of the partnership, Connect’s advisers and their clients gain access to the Tipton’s range of products for all stages of the mortgage lifecycle, as well as to the building society’s team of manual underwriters.
Connect has over 24 years of experience and supports clients with detailed knowledge in the property investment markets by working with a comprehensive panel of over 170 mortgage lenders. It provides mortgage and protection advisers with extensive support, including training, events, business development, regulatory guidance, technology, and a broad product panel.
“This enhanced partnership with Connect enables the Tipton to offer more options to Connect’s clients and brokers,” commented Andy Millard (pictured), head of intermediary distribution at the Tipton and Coseley Building Society. “It also underpins our core purpose to help the undeserved sections of the mortgage market by providing borrowers options not available elsewhere.”
Kevin Thomson, sales director at Connect for Intermediaries, added that he was delighted to welcome The Tipton to Connect’s packager lender panel.
“At a time when clients’ needs continue to change and become more complex, it is vitally important that Connect ARs have access to all lenders who service all the market sectors,” Thomson said. “This relationship with The Tipton will give our network members a wider opportunity to meet the needs of their clients.”
