The Tipton’s Charitable Foundation launched in 1999.
The Tipton’s Charitable Foundation has awarded over £7,500 to fifteen local charities.
Beneficiaries included Employability UK, The Honeypot Children’s Charity and Tipton Youth Project.
Dan Smith, customer service adviser at the Tipton, said: "As a Building Society, our roots started with the local community. It is important to us to give back, and help the community where we can.
“Many of the charitable organisations we support are heavily reliant on donations, to allow them to continue with the good work they do.
Society staff and members of the local community come together twice a year to allocate funds to health and education charities based in the West Midlands.
Smith continued: “We are committed in helping these where possible, and it’s great to know that we are making such a positive difference across the region.”
The Tipton’s Charitable Foundation launched in 1999 and has so far donated over £200,000 to local charities.
