The company has announced Howard Flight as non-executive director and Nick Kelly as group commercial director.

Howard Flight, former Shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury, who joins as a non-executive director, will also become chairman of the group’s remuneration committee.
Flight, a former Conservative MP and Special Envoy to the City of London has a long and distinguished career in the sector. He started at Rothschilds before co-founding Guinness Flight. Upon the acquisition of Guinness Flight by Investec, Howard
became joint Chairman of Investec Asset Management. Howard is now director of a number of organisations, chairman of the EIS Association, a board member of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and a member of the Advisory
Council of the Financial Services Forum.

Nick Kelly joins Thinc Destini from Tenet Group, where he was a divisional managing director. He will primarily be responsible for the implementation of a number of strategic projects, focussing on productivity within the Thinc Destini Network.
