She will lead key transformation initiatives for the property services provider
LSL Property Services has appointed Jane Thirlwell (pictured) as director of transformation and change for its financial services division.
Thirlwell joins from Sesame Bankhall Group, where she served as director of programme management for the past two years, overseeing business solutions for wealth, mortgage, and insurance advisers.
She also brings extensive experience in change implementation, having previously held senior roles at Aviva. Her new role at LSL will focus on driving transformation initiatives across the company's mortgage and financial services offerings.
Richard Howells, group managing director for financial services at LSL, welcomed the appointment, describing Thirlwell as “a real asset to our business.”
Commenting on her appointment, Thirlwell said she looks forward to further strengthening the company’s network and mortgage club for brokers and our stakeholders.
