Three-fifths of respondents gave Countrywide Surveying Services' home condition report tool HomeFact the highest accolade when asked to review it.
When asked ‘how will did HomeFact support your decision making when purchasing a property’, 60% of respondents said ‘extremely well’ and 35% replied ‘very well’.
In addition, 97% of respondents said that HomeFact was informative, 97% that it was useful, 35% that it was unique, and 64% that it was good value for money.
HomeFact provides interactive reports which combine the use of a surveyor with other online information sources gathered about a property and its surrounding area.
