Title insurance and property risk solutions providerTitlesolv has appointed Keith Rawlinson as underwriting director.
He joins from Dickson Minto W.S. where he was a senior associate in the firm’s commercial property department, based in Edinburgh.
With expertise in all areas of Scottish commercial property, he has a strong understanding of acting for high-profile clients in investment, development and asset management transactions, together with both corporate and banking support.

Rawlinson hasexperience ofacting on behalf of both purchasers and sellers, as well as landlords and tenants.
Prior to his time with Dickson Minto W.S., he worked as a senior solicitor at Bell & Scott LLP, where he specialised in commercial property (specifically the retail and leisure sectors). He also holds a diploma in Legal Practice and LLB Hons from the University of Edinburgh.
