The two clubs, which are both part of the LSL Property Services financial services division, will run half day conferences entitled ‘At your Service’ from 9:30am until lunchtime.
These will focus on compliance, mortgages, protection, the potential impact of the European Mortgage Credit Directive and the impact on second charge loans.
David Copland, director of mortgage services for LSL, said: “The business conferences have been organised jointly by TMA and the Pink Mortgage Club to provide DAs with the help and support that they need.
“It is the first time they have been run since we relaunched TMA. TMA’s proposition is now dramatically different with a real focus on adding value to DAs and rewarding loyalty.
“The conferences come hot on the heels of the announcement of our profit sharing scheme and added value calculator so they will give DAs the opportunity to find out more.”
The conferences will be held in a roundtable format to encourage advisers to get involved.
The first conference is taking place in York today at Fairfield Manor Hotel, while the next one will be in Solihull, West Midlands, at the Arden Hotel on the 11 November.
The roadshows will hit London’s Holiday Inn at Barnett By-Pass on the 25 November and London’s Hilton Cobham on the 26 November.
