The two-year fixes at 65% loan-to-value have rates of 4.55% or 4.95%
TMA Club has partnered with Principality Building Society to launch a couple of new two-year fixed rate mortgage products.
The mutual, which is the largest building society in Wales currently serving some 500,000 members, offers a range of mortgages for different types of borrower, including first-time buyers, people moving home, and people who want to remortgage. Principality Building Society currently manages over £10 billion of customers’ assets.
As part of TMA Club’s partnership with the building society, its directly authorised brokers can now access two of Principality Building Society’s exclusive fixed rate mortgage products.
These products at 65% loan-to-value have rates of 4.55% or 4.95% fixed until April 30, 2025, with fee-assisted legals and free valuations. The maximum loan size is £1 million for both products.
TMA has already launched exclusive Principality products in the past.
“Principality Building Society and TMA Club have a shared goal and commitment to providing brokers with access to the best products for customers,” Lisa Martin (pictured), development director at TMA Club, said. “As a result, we are pleased to have partnered with Principality to add two exclusive products to our offering. We are certain that Principality Building Society’s exclusive products will bring real value to our members and their clients.”
Shaun Middleton, head of distribution at Principality Building Society, added that they, too, were pleased to be partnering with the mortgage club.
“TMA Club’s mission of helping advisers deliver the best and most suitable advice to their customers is one that really resonates with us,” Middleton stated. “Here at Principality Building Society, we aim to put the broker and, ultimately the end-customers’, needs at the forefront of everything we do.”
