The FSA has granted TMB’s application for permissions and the lender will be fully authorised come M Day on 31 October 2004, enabling TMB to lend and administer regulated mortgage contracts.
Bill Dudgeon, managing director, The Mortgage Business, said: “Naturally, we are delighted to receive our scope of permissions notice from the FSA. This sets out the range of activities we are authorised to conduct.”
