Hartharn, previously a TMP mortgage underwriter, has been promoted to the role following a year working at TMP. Previously of Nationwide and TFC, Hartharn brings a wealth of experience to the role.
Reporting directly to head of operations Michelle Yates, Hartharn is now responsible for overseeing all front line processing on behalf of TMP’s 24 panel lenders.

Ailsa Hartharn now heads up the team in underwriting at TMP and will work closely with sales, marketing and operations to ensure a consistently high service standard is delivered to its intermediaries.
