- 5 Year fixed until 31/12/2010 at 4.99%
2 year discount at 4.95% withdrawn and replaced with
- 1.40% discount until 31/12/2007 at 5.09%
Fee change
2 Year fixed until 31/12/2007 at 4.49%
- Now with 1.5% arrangement fee (minimum £595) that can be added to the loan.
All other product details remain unchanged.
