The products now include:
A rate of 3.99% on 70% LTV
A rate of 4.49% on 75% LTV
A rate of 5.24% on 80% LTV
A rate of 5.99% on 85% LTV
There is also a £99 non-refundable booking fee payable on application and a 2% arrangement fee.
Commenting, Tracie Pearce, TMW’s head of product management and pricing, said: “These improvements to our five-year residential fixed rates follow the enhancements made to our buy-to-let range earlier this week. Our new fixed rates represent a real option for intermediaries with clients who want longer term payment security at competitive rates.”
Product end dates are also being extended across TMW’s range of residential and guarantor mortgages.
