A1 Financial Services was established thirty years ago and provides expert financial services, incorporating pensions, mortgages, financial planning and life assurance.
Under the terms of the deal, A1 Financial Services will form part of Towergate Financial’s North region under the leadership of Simon Jones, regional managing director. A1 Financial Services founder Mel Jones will work alongside Simon to help with the transfer of the business.
