The deal will be fixed at 3.85% until 31st May 2005.
The maximum LTV is 75% to make it MIG free and the arrangement fee is £295 (on completion). There are free legal costs and valuation, and a redemption-free transfer to a new property.

What's more, unlike most Self Certification deals which only lend up to £250,000, this deal allows homeowners to borrow up to £500k."
