All lenders and packagers now can have the benefit of increased customer usability, reduced administration costs and faster transactions, as all mandatory fields are captured prior to submission. In addition, the new technology simplifies lender-specific branding, intelligent electronic forms, straight through processing and the integration of underwriting and business rules.
Mortgage advisors will experience an enhanced user experience including easier to navigate forms, an indication of mandatory fields and a traffic light system to identify missing fields.
This new technology is an integral part of ETC (Electronic Trading Centre) and Trigold re-affirms that even with this improvement it will not charge brokers for ETC when Trigold rolls out a stand-alone version of ETC in Q4.
Manjit Rana, Director of Mortgage Solutions at Focus Business Solutions commented,
“Over 60% of brokers have free access to ETC through Trigold and lenders have recognised the importance in working with Trigold to deliver a slick application experience for advisors. With an increasing level of mortgage business transacted online, it is crucial that lenders are able to deliver their own proposition to brokers via the most popular system in the market. Advisors will find navigating around the forms easier and quicker. It is also great to see a significant number of lenders taking up the more advanced silver & gold offerings to enable the re-use of the same technology via extranets and other distribution channels.”
Bill Safran, CEO – Trigold added,
“The increase in acceptance and use of electronic applications is one of the most significant growth areas of the intermediary mortgage market in the past year. Intermediaries, lenders and customers receive tangible benefits delivered through a quicker and more robust process. We are delighted to have upgraded all of our existing forms to the next generation, which provides the foundation for the next phase of development. Working with a company of Focus’ expertise and vision is crucial in delivering a user experience that does not merely match, but exceeds the expectations of our customers.”
