The online programme will run alongside the existing full training series of seminars being held at a number of locations throughout the country.
Brokers who join the online seminars are guided through a live demonstration of the e-Trading Centre from their office. The technology allows advisers to log on to a presenter’s screen to see how the programme works, and enables the broker to interact with the presenter by allowing them to call in to hear the presenter and ask questions as they go along.
Multiple advisers can login with a secure code, dial a specific number and everyone can view the host’s screen and are able to participate in a live presentation from their office.

Attending a normal seminar can take a big chunk of time out of an advisers’ day with travelling to remote venues. This is an efficient way for advisers to access crucial information.”
