Now all documents produced in Inertia will be automatically and seamlessly returned to Prospector and saved as a part of the client file for compliance and TCF purposes. The enhancement will further support advisers in generating extra income through the new, easy indicative quote process to introduce general insurance products.
Furthermore, with the automation of the system it removes an additional task during the sales process while ensuring that the relevant documentation is never inadvertently missed from the client file.
