Its 2-year fixed rate up to 85% LTV with a £995 fee sees rates increased by up to 0.20%, and its 5-year fixed rate up to 60% LTV has rates increased by 0.15%.
In addition, TSB’s 5-year fix with 60-75% LTV with a £995 fee has its rates increased by 0.10%.
